Ingredients
- 4 ounces Burrata Cheese, or more as desired
- 1 pound Tomatoes, * see recipe note
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Balsamic Glaze, or balsamic vinegar
- pinch Sea Salt
- pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
- Place BURRATA on serving platter and rest at room temperature 15 to 30 minutes to remove the chill. Distribute TOMATOES around the burrata on serving platter.
- Scatter FRESH BASIL, drizzle OLIVE OIL, and sprinkle SALT and PEPPER over the platter. Use a sharp knife to score the burrata and open it just enough to expose the creamy inside.
- Drizzle BALSAMIC GLAZE over the platter. Serve with crostini, crackers, or French loaf and enjoy!
