How to make a peach smoothie
This recipe shows you how to make a smoothie with milk, peaches, and ice cubes. It's so easy and you'll love how creamy and rich it is.
Step 1. If using fresh peaches, slice in half. Remove and discard pits. Add peaches, ice cubes, and milk to a high speed blender.

Step 2. Blend ingredients until thick and creamy. Add more ice cubes or milk to adjust consistency. Serve chilled.

Recipe tips

Recipe variations
- Use any milk with this recipe, such as coconut milk, oat milk, or any dairy milk. Or make your peach smoothie without milk by replacing it with coconut water or plain water.
- Add other fresh or frozen fruits, such as strawberries, cherries, mangoes, blueberries, or bananas. Add any of these in small amounts and adjust the consistency with milk or ice cubes, as needed.
- While this peach smoothie is made without yogurt, you are welcome to add a scoop of your favorite variety for added nutrients and volume.

WOW!! this is so yummy!!! I added a splash of vanilla too, because one of the reviews mentioned it. perfection! perfect way to use the peaches that are starting to get soft! thank you!!
Traci says
Always welcome!! I'm so glad you enjoyed 🙂 And I'm all for that vanilla. Thanks for trying my recipe and for sharing this!
Traci says
Awww darn, that’s certainly not the intended outcome 🙁 It's possible your blender model may not have the high-speed power (I recommend 900 watts or more) to handle frozen fruit. If so, I recommend thawing any frozen produce for this recipe and I'm going to add a note to the recipe. Thanks for your feedback and I hope you'll give it another go. xoxo
Braelyn says
Overall very nice! but the only thing that's wrong is it needs sugar, which you can add on your own.
Traci says
Hi Braelyn, you are welcome to add anything you like. I disagree about the sugar because it's plenty sweet for me, but I appreciate the tip for anyone who needs to hear it. Thanks so much and enjoy!
