Notes
Keep the pulled pork warm: If you're serving a crowd, keep the pulled pork warm in a slow cooker on the "warm" setting. It makes assembling sliders easier and keeps everything juicy.Toast the slider rolls for crunch: Lightly toasting the slider rolls (especially the cut sides) helps them hold up better and adds a little crunch. Just a few minutes in the oven or under the broiler works great.Set up a slider station: If you don’t want to assemble every slider yourself, set out the ingredients in bowls and let guests build their own. Great for picky eaters too.Prep ahead: You can slice the rolls, measure the coleslaw, and portion out toppings the night before. Store everything in airtight containers in the fridge to save time.Keep sliders warm: To keep assembled sliders warm, place them in a foil-covered baking dish and heat in a 300°F oven for about 10 minutes. Add the coleslaw and pickles after if you prefer them cold.Leftover idea: Use any extra pork to make tacos, nachos, or a BBQ rice bowl the next day.
