Flour Tortilla
or other variety

Pizza Sauce
or marinara sauce

Mozzarella Cheese
shredded (about ¼ cup)

ounces
Sliced Pepperoni

Parmesan Cheese

Parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare pizza pan with cooking spray. If using an iron skillet, preheat it first.
Spread PIZZA SAUCE evenly over the TORTILLA. Top with MOZZARELLA CHEESE, PEPPERONI, PARMESAN CHEESE, and PARSLEY.
Bake pizza for 10 minutes on prepared pizza pan or preheated skillet until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Carefully transfer pizza off the bakeware and rest a few minutes to let it set up.
Slice and serve warm.

Notes
When building the pizza, keep the toppings light to prevent overloading the tortilla.
Make sure oven is fully preheated to ensure a crispy tortilla crust.
Bake pizza on a preheated iron skillet or pizza stone for a crispier crust.
If using other meats, ensure they're fully cooked before adding to the pizza.
