Place CROSTINI in a single layer on a serving platter.
Slice BRIE CHEESE into ⅛-inch slices and lay one slice on each crostini.
Top each crostini with 2 teaspoons of CRANBERRY RELISH or CRANBERRY SAUCE.
Garnish with WALNUTS and THYME.
Serve at room temperature.
Notes
If you're using cranberry relish, I recommend you make it a few days ahead because requires extra time to macerate for the best flavor and texture. Cranberry chutney can also be used and is equally delicious.
