Everyone loves hot crab dip! It's creamy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor. Make this super easy crab dip recipe for game day and holidays – and watch it disappear!
1 ½teaspoonsSeafood SeasoningOld Bay or Cajun seasoning
8ouncesLump Crab Meatdrained thoroughly
2cupsShredded Mozzarella Cheesereserve ½ cup
½cupGrated Parmesan Cheese
2Green Onionssliced, reserve 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray an 8-inch oven-safe skillet or baking dish with cooking spray.
Place CREAM CHEESE, MAYONNAISE, SOUR CREAM, LEMON ZEST, LEMON JUICE, and SEAFOOD SEASONING in a mixing bowl and use an electric hand mixer to blend until smooth.
Fold in LUMP CRAB MEAT, 1 ½ cups MOZZARELLA CHEESE, PARMESAN CHEESE, and GREEN ONIONS.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish. Sprinkle the reserved MOZZARELLA CHEESE and GREEN ONIONS on top.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, or until the surface is browned and the dip is bubbly.
Carefully remove the hot dip from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes to set up.
Serve warm with crostini, crackers, French bread, potato chips, flatbread, pretzels, or vegetables.
