Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and center the oven rack.
Place the FETA CHEESE and CHERRY TOMATOES in a 10x7 casserole dish.
Drizzle OLIVE OIL over the feta and tomatoes then sprinkle with BLACK PEPPER and GARLIC. Stir gently to coat the tomatoes.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the feta softens.
While baking, cook the PASTA according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
Remove the baked feta and tomatoes from the oven. Add OREGANO stir everything together until a creamy sauce forms.
Add the drained PASTA and toss to coat evenly. If the sauce is too thick, add small amounts of the reserved pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency.
Sprinkle with FRESH PARSLEY before serving.
