1(32-ounce) packageBlood Orange Juiceor about 10 blood oranges, juiced
1(750 ml bottle)Sparkling Wine
1Blood Orangethinly sliced
1(.75-ounce) packageFresh Rosemaryor thyme or mint
Instructions
Add 4 ounces SPARKLING WINE and 4 ounces BLOOD ORANGE JUICE to each glass.
Stir to combine and garnish each glass with an ORANGE SLICE and ROSEMARY SPRIG.
Serve chilled.
Notes
If using fresh blood oranges, squeeze and refrigerate the juice in an airtight container up to 2 days in advance. If using packaged unsweetened blood orange juice and you want it sweeter, add small amounts of simple syrup to the juice or to individual mimosa servings as needed.
