Place EGGS in air fryer basket or tray and load it into the air fryer. I used a trivet to help prevent eggs from rolling, but it's not required.
Set air fryer to 250°F for 13 minutes for soft boiled eggs or 15 minutes for hard boiled eggs. *see recipe footnote about times
Carefully remove eggs from the fryer and gently transfer to an ice bath or very cold water for 5 minutes to stop cooking.
Refrigerate hard boiled eggs up to 7 days if unpeeled, or 5 days if peeled. (optional) Season with SALT and PEPPER to taste.
