Set up a BBQ Pork Slider Bar on game day and let your guests build their own. Use your favorite pork recipe (or one of ours) and serve it with essential toppings: coleslaw, bbq sauce, dill pickles, French fried onions, mayo, and any other favorites.
Place slider toppings in serving bowls and arrange on a large serving tray or baking sheet. Reserve a spot for PORK serving dish in the center.*pro tip - nest the cold toppings in bowls of crushed ice to keep them chilled.
Pull SLIDER ROLLS apart and arrange them around the toppings.
Serve the PORK warm or cold in a serving dish that fits it in the reserved spot on the slider bar. If serving warm, keep backup pork in the Instant Pot or slow cooker in 'keep warm' mode and refill the serving tray as needed. Or, serve the pork straight from the cooker if it's pulled pork.
Notes
*If you're making the toppings from scratch, I recommend making them a day in advance for optimal flavor.
