1lbMushroomswiped clean and (optional) stems trimmed
1TbspExtra Virgin Olive Oilor any cooking oil
2clovesGarlicminced
2TbspChives (fresh or dried)thinly sliced
1/8tspKosher Salt
1/8tspBlack Pepper
1/8tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Place MUSHROOMS in a mixing bowl; add OLIVE OIL, chopped GARLIC, CHIVES, SALT, and PEPPER and toss to coat.
Scatter coated mushrooms on a baking sheet and dust with GARLIC POWDER.
Bake 10-12 minutes until browned and juicy. Serve warm.
Once cooled, refrigerate roasted mushrooms in an airtight container up to 2 days. Reheat or enjoy chilled.
