Continuing on medium heat, add cooked QUINOA and sauté until thoroughly warmed; stirring as needed (3-5 min).
Fold in green part of SCALLIONS/GREEN ONIONS; drizzle TAMARI over quinoa and mushrooms, to your taste; serve warm.
