Traditionally, Vegan Recipes don’t source ingredients from animals or insects. I respect and appreciate the movement, so I follow that tradition when creating recipes. Yeah, it’s challenging, but the same criterion applies in the vegan test kitchen as my Vegetarian Recipes; I.e, we don’t release ‘em to the blog if they don’t make the cut.
