- 8 cups Pork Roast or Pulled Pork, warm or chilled
- 24 Slider Rolls
- ½ cup Mayonnaise, optional
- 2.5 cups BBQ Sauce, or 20 ounces
- 4 cups Coleslaw
- 1-2 cups Dill Pickles
- 2 cups French Fried Onions
Instructions

- Slow Cooker Pulled Pork (8 hour cook time: yields 8 cups)Instant Pot Pulled Pork (1 hour cook time: yields 8 cups)
Make the slider bar
- Place slider toppings in serving bowls and arrange on a large serving tray or baking sheet. Reserve a spot for PORK serving dish in the center.*pro tip - nest the cold toppings in bowls of crushed ice to keep them chilled.
- Pull SLIDER ROLLS apart and arrange them around the toppings.
- Serve the PORK warm or cold in a serving dish that fits it in the reserved spot on the slider bar. If serving warm, keep backup pork in the Instant Pot or slow cooker in 'keep warm' mode and refill the serving tray as needed. Or, serve the pork straight from the cooker if it's pulled pork.
