01/30/2014 – Massaged Kale Salad
It’s late January and my cravings for fresh, leafy veggies are through the roof! Especially raw Kale. So, I’ve been making my own, nutty rendition of a Massaged Kale Salad recipe with a subtle, Asian-inspired twist.
When I make this recipe, I nearly eat the entire batch in one setting – because it’s amazing AND my body is seriously craving things Kale is so highly appreciated for – Vitamins A, C, K, and Calcium.
So, I want to share with you, my adaptation of a salad trend that’s getting a lot of attention. Seriously, there’s no easier way to get fresh, raw kale into your system without cooking it. Well, there’s always a smoothie.
But we want salad sometimes. Like right now!
