Oh man, you guys. This salad…it’s a delicious, addictive thing! I mean, we’re putting the best summer produce together for this one. Between the cucumber, grapes, and avocado…it’s hydrating, healthy, and the perfect, chilled dish for a warm, summer day.
What I love about this dish is that you can grab a fork and enjoy it right outta the bowl…or serve it as a chip-dipping salsa. Or, use it as a relish or topping for your BBQ/grilled proteins (seafood, pork chicken, beef, lamb). This one goes with errthing summer! Guess what else…? It’s vegan and gluten-free…yipppieee!

- red grapes
- Serrano pepper
- red onion
- lime juice
- garlic clove
- salt and black pepper

- Cutting board and chef knife
- Microplane grater to grate the garlic
- 4-cup storage container
A tip about using avocados in this salad…
Be sure to use perfectly ripe avocados. Also, make sure you wait to add them just before serving so they’ll hold their shape and not make the salad become mushy. It’s a delicate balance, but tots worth it!
